How to do thermal Hair Straightening
If your a woman on the quest for softer, silkier, smoother and healthier looking hair, these are the essential steps to ensure best results are achieved when thermally straightening your hair.

Step One
Begin the process with a thermal smoothing conditioning shampoo rich in essential oils to moisturise and detangle your hair and thoroughly cleanse the hair and scalp.

Step Two
Using a towel pat dry the hair briefly to remove some of the dampness. Liberally apply a smoothing conditioner to soften and evenly distribute through out the hair Preferably a conditioner that fortify the hair with ceramides. This will preserve the hair’s elasticity and increases it manageability prior to thermal styling.

Step Three
Begin the texture smoothing process with a light leave-in protecting serum. The serum acts as a buffer against heat styling damages that may arise from the use of ceramic straighteners or curling irons. The serum also aids in the easier use of these tools by providing extra glide and shielding and polishing in the process of smoothing the hair.

Step Four
Press/straighten the hair using a ceramic hair straightener. Begin from the root of the outwards to the ends until desired effect is achieved.

Step Five
Finish off the thermal straightening process with a high shine defining finishing hair spray that polishes and locks in the shine whilst shielding the hair against humidity. Make sure that you get a spritz that is formulated with light holding power that will retain the style and allow easy combing.
